Ring Road Construction

We have new retail development/construction planned for the northeast outparcel across from DSW and AMC loading dock. We have secured leases with Shake Shack (3,500 sq. ft.) and Panera (4,000 sq. ft., for two separate buildings with drive-thru services and patio seating. The anticipated opening date for both concepts is Q1 2023. Three phases of site work on the ring road adjacent to the outparcel will be affecting vehicle & truck access over a 4-month period starting March 17 through July 5, 2022.
